故事靈感來自尼古拉斯·梅育導(dǎo)演的《再世奇人》，描述明朝的淫賊鳳三奸殺了公主，御前侍衛(wèi)方守正負(fù)責(zé)將他的師兄逮捕歸案，在追捕過程中，鳳三欲偷取師門至寶黑玉佛，藉此超越時(shí)空，但遭方所阻，兩人跌下懸崖埋身雪地中。時(shí)至現(xiàn)代，被中國地質(zhì)研究隊(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)二人尸體被冰封，欲運(yùn)往美國進(jìn)行研究，途經(jīng)香港時(shí)誤觸電線而將二人解凍。方守正遇上不良少女阿玉，做了她的私人保鏢，鳳三則加入大圈幫為非作歹。方看報(bào)發(fā)現(xiàn)鳳三亦在香港，于是再設(shè)法追捕。
