《風雨哈佛路》劇情簡介
麗茲（索拉·伯奇 Thora Birch飾）出生在美國的貧民窟里，從小就開始承受著家庭的千瘡百孔，父母酗酒吸毒，母親患上了精神分裂癥。貧窮的麗茲需要出去乞討，流浪在城市的角落，生活的苦難似乎無窮無盡。
隨著慢慢成長，麗茲知道，只有讀書成才方能改變自身命運，走出泥潭般的現(xiàn)況。她從老師那里爭取到一張試卷，漂亮的完成答卷，爭取到了讀書的機會。從現(xiàn)在起，麗茲在漫漫的求學路上開始了征程。她千方百計申請哈佛的全額獎學金，面試時候連一件像樣的衣服也沒有。然而，貧困并沒有止住麗茲前進的決心，在她的人生里面，從不退縮的奮斗是永恒主題。
